Thanksgiving week in Florida

Josh and I went on a 2 day 20 mile hike along a section of the Florida National Trail this week, with an overnight campout.  We found this pretty milk snake in a rotting tree.  Josh did not eat it.

We had a little rain but the boys were good sports and we dried out with a cheery fire.

Rachel made a yummy cherry pie, to go along with a few others Alicia made and shared with our family and some friends.

    Is snake milk high in protein?

    I thought snakes were unable to lactate...
